With TuneCore bands can set-up an account in minutes and can offer up their albums, singles, or ringtones for sale.

One of the largest music distributors in the world, TuneCore, distributes to the top digital stores including iTunes, Amazon MP3, eMusic, and Rhapsody.

With TuneCore artist not only get paid when a song is purchased but also when a song is streamed on services such as MySpace. Bands can also make their music available to buy and play on Rock Band.

TuneCore has also partnered up with Universal Music Group to help artists license their music for TV shows, movies, and video games.

Qualifying TuneCore artists also have the change to get physical distribution in over 200 Guitar Center stores across the country.

For artists who want to offer up their videos for distribution, TuneCore offers several different options.

Album distribution starts at $9.99 per single, $29.99 per album for the first year and $49.99 per album each following year. Unlike similar services, TuneCore does not take a cut of sales. Bands and labels also have the option to pay a one-time fee of $75 to register unlimited songs at no extra cost, this service does allow TuneCore to keep between 10-20% of royalties.
